We aim to make your delivery experience smooth and transparent. Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.


DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Our listed shipping prices apply to the following mainland locations (excludes islands):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.


LOCATION ACCESSIBILITY
After you place your order, we will confirm whether your address is accessible for our delivery team.

Inaccessible Locations: If you live in a remote area, have an unpaved road, or are located on an island, additional fees may apply. We will notify you of these costs in advance.

Refund Option: If you’re not comfortable with the updated shipping cost, we’ll offer a full refund of your order.


CUSTOM DELIVERY REQUESTS
For locations outside our standard delivery zone, we’re happy to provide a custom shipping quote. Please contact us at careteam@biosofa.com.

 

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
We offer a premium White Glove Delivery option for larger items. This service includes: Delivery to the room of your choice. Unpacking and setup (assembly if needed). Removal of all packaging materials.

 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
If an external lift is required due to narrow doorways or staircases, extra fees may apply. We’ll discuss these costs with you before production begins.
Refund Option: If you’re not comfortable with the additional cost, we’ll refund your order.


DELIVERY TIMELINE
Standard Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks after production, depending on your location and the size of your order.

Production Lead Time:All our items are handmade and made-to-order, with a production time of 6-7 weeks.


DELIVERY PROCESS
Scheduling Delivery: Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email to book a convenient delivery date.
Rescheduling: If needed, you can reschedule by contacting the courier.

DELIVERY DETAILS
Items will be delivered to the room of your choice.
Packaging can be removed upon request. For deliveries above the third floor, access to an elevator is required for items over 75kg.


WEEKEND DELIVERIES
Some couriers may offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. You can coordinate this directly with them.


COMBINING ORDERS
To reduce our carbon footprint, we consolidate shipments whenever possible. If you need an item urgently, please notify us via email or phone, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


FURNITURE ASSEMBLY
Libraries: Require assembly upon delivery.
Sofas and Other Furniture: Generally arrive pre-assembled. However, sofa legs longer than 3" may ship separately.
Instructions: We’re happy to provide assembly instructions before shipping upon request.


REMOVAL OF OLD FURNITURE
In some locations, we offer a service to remove old furniture. We’re actively working on partnerships with charities to donate used furniture. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.


DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item: Inspect your order upon delivery. Note any damage with the delivery company before signing the receipt. Contact us within 24 hours at careteam@biosofa.com with photos and details.


RESOLUTION OPTIONS
We’ll review your claim and offer one of the following solutions: A full refund. A replacement piece. A repair service.
Important: For returns, products must be disassembled and repackaged securely for collection.
